the prestigious AAA Three Diamond Award. Currently celebrating its one-year
anniversary, The Steakhouse at Bill’s offers guests a top-notch dining experience,
in an intimate, vintage-Vegas setting.

The AAA Approved sign provides quality assurance for travelers.” The menu at Steakhouse at Bill’s is comprised of the finest steaks, seafood, chops, salads, and a delectable list of appetizers and distinctive side dishes such as Prosciutto-wrapped Jumbo Prawns Provencal and Fresh Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce. The Steak au Poivre, a 16oz center-cut New York Strip Loin, topped with green peppercorns reduced with a heavy whipping cream and demi glace, has earned the reputation as the restaurant’s signature entree. The dining experience culminates on a sweet note with Bananas Foster or Cherries Jubilee, both flambéed tableside. Located inside Bill’s Gamblin’ Hall & Saloon, on the famous corner of Las Vegas Blvd. and Flamingo Rd., the Steakhouse at Bill’s, is a true tribute to classic Las Vegas.
