Las Vegas--Bill’s Gamblin’ Hall & Saloon is proud to announce that, Steakhouse at Bill’s, recently received the prestigious AAA Three Diamond Award. Currently celebrating its one-year anniversary, The Steakhouse at Bill’s offers guests a top-notch dining experience, in an intimate, vintage-Vegas setting.

AAA’s lodging and restaurant evaluations are conducted by a team of 65 trained professionals who visit properties throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean, who take into consideration elements of food quality, service, and ambiance.

The menu at Steakhouse at Bill’s is comprised of the finest steaks, seafood, chops, salads, and a delectable list of appetizers and distinctive side dishes such as Prosciutto-wrapped Jumbo Prawns Provencal and Fresh Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce. The Steak au Poivre, a 16oz center-cut New York Strip Loin, topped with green peppercorns reduced with a heavy whipping cream and demi glace, has earned the reputation as the restaurant’s signature entree. The dining experience culminates on a sweet note with Bananas Foster or Cherries Jubilee, both flambéed tableside.

Located inside Bill’s Gamblin’ Hall & Saloon, on the famous corner of Las Vegas Blvd. and Flamingo Rd., the Steakhouse at Bill’s, is a true tribute to classic Las Vegas.  With crushed red velvet booths, a stained glass dome ceiling, and an intimate 80-person dining room, guests will appreciate the restaurant’s vintage charm.
