Giorgio Ristorante Announces New General Manager

(LAS VEGAS) — The Valentino Restaurant Group, an acclaimed group of innovative contemporary Italian restaurants owned by world-renowned restaurateur Piero Selvaggio, announced Ciro Estremo as the new General Manager of Giorgio Ristorante at Mandalay Place on the Las Vegas Strip.

Born in Italy, Estremo began his career as a wine steward with Sitmar Cruises. In 1986 he opened his own restaurant, Petaluma, in Sonoma County, California. In 1993, he worked as manager for both San Francisco’s Umberto Restaurant and Salute Restaurant in Marin County, California. Estremo began working with the Valentino Restaurant Group, serving as the General Manager of The Grill at Valentino, after he relocated to Las Vegas in 2000.
