RESTAURANT REVIEW by Terry Pompa and billhere

BRIO TUSCAN GRILLE
Location: Town Square Shopping Mall (Las Vegas Blvd. and the 215).

An Italian restaurant featuring prime steaks and chops, homemade pasta specialties and flatbreads prepared in an authentic Italian wood-burning
oven.

Definition of BRIO ENTHUSIASTIC.

Located in the Town Square Shopping Mall.
Enthusiastic Brio is a great pleasure.

The moment you walk through the door your senses are on a pleasure trip.
First your sight is enthralled by the decor of this newest addition to our area.
A group of Pillars worthy of the Coliseum face you. Soaring at least 50' in the air to the ceiling which is of Cathedral design. The Chandeliers are huge, and suspended from a center ring, the ceiling silk is draped to the four sides of the restaurant. This has a spectacular effect.

You are greeted at the Hostess area with a warm smile and a WELCOME.
There are both booths and tables for your comfort to dine at. The Smells coming from the kitchen are mouth watering. You hear SOFT background music, yes you really can have a conversation while enjoying your meal.

The waiter who is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of his menu.
The foods are a joy.  Pleasant and wanting to share in your experience
of dinner delights. He asks what you enjoy most after looking over the
menu.

Yes, he really asks what you might enjoy the most. Not having had a BRIO
experience before. He asked what he might suggest, per our tastes.
The items are presented beautifully and the aromas are wonderful. But
the tastes will satisfy even the harshest critic. Service is superb! We were cared for in friendly manner and our every need was met with a Smile and other recommendations when asked by all who served us.

We experienced a Steak Brochetta for an appetizer at $12.95 that was to
savor and enjoy every morsel of mouth watering goodness. It was
presented on a serving slab, with a great presence.

Bill's Veal Milanese was tender and delicious and done to perfection at
$27.95. My Steak Gorgonzola was perfect, smelled wonderful and a taste
treat for the palate and eyes as well. My steak was $27.95. Each item served was presented wonderfully, and more than filling. With the portions and select flavors our dining experience was an A+.

Would I recommend this restaurant to others:  YES.

The cost was within reason, not a single item on the menu was over
$30.00 The Wine list was very complete. House Specialty Of Italian teas, direct  from Italy, were available.

The desserts are presented as an after dinner Special, small in size but just exactly right after a bumptious meal. There are several to choose from Creme' Brulee to Terra Nisus. For only $1.99. can you believe that?
Well needless to say Enjoy your Meal at the Brio Tuscan Grille and it's unique atmosphere.
