In the tradition of Restaurant Week in cities such as New York, San Francisco and Chicago, Las Vegas Restaurant Week is an unique opportunity to enjoy world-class cuisine at a very special price.  Throughout the week of  September 1 - 7, participating Las Vegas restaurants will offer a special three-course menu at just $25.08 and $50.08 per person.  A portion of the price will assist Las Vegas based Three Square, a non-profit organization created to end hunger in southern Nevada.  Visit

Morels French Steakhouse and Bistro to Hold Special Event During Restaurant Week.


Morels French Steakhouse and Bistro has announced that on Wednesday, September 3, they will host a special Restaurant Week event benefiting Three Square.
 
Executive Chef Eric Bauer, an enthusiastic rising star in the world of chef's, will prepare a special four-course dinner while Head Sommelier Nick Hetzel will pair each course with the next big thing in boutique wine. The four-course meal feature wine pairings for each course from a boutique Napa Valley Winery. Chef Eric  Bauer and Head Sommelier Nick  Hetzel will introduce and discuss the pairings before each course. Attendees will also be provided with a recipe booklet and wine list to take home. In addition to providing funds for Three Square, the event is a great way for participants to try new and different foods and wines. The reception will begin at 6:30 p.m. and dinner will be served at 7:00 p.m. Price is $150 per person +tax/gratuity.  Morels will donate 50% of the proceeds raised from this event to Three Square.
