Strip House’s filet is a favorite among the restaurant’s celebrity clientele.  Cameron Diaz, Adrian Grenier, Lorraine Bracco and John Stewart have all ordered the restaurant’s signature charred filet, which is available in 10-ounce, 14-ounce and tableside carved 26-ounce portions. Each filet is cut from the center of beef tenderloin to ensure a superior texture and flavor that will turn a gentile dining experience into a palate party.
